Welcome to The Ink Well!
Now that you're here, please have a look around and get to know our community. Here are a few tips for getting acquainted with The Ink Well:
It is important that you read the guidelines of communities before you post in them :-)
Your story is much shorter than the minimum recommended length of 750 words, and you have not supported any other stories in the community per our requirements each week. It is important that you meet the Ink Well guidelines when submitting stories to the community. We note that you are from Pakistan and assume that you have written directly in English. Unfortunately, it is not an easy read as there are so many missing words, although I can get the idea of what you are trying to say, and it feels like there is heart behind your writing. I would recommend instead that you write in your native language and use Deepl to translate into English. Then publish both versions in the same post so that we can run our checks on your original text, but we can also read the English translation and appreciate your writing.
Please also write a Hive intro post so that we can get to know you better.
Be sure to read The Ink Well community rules at the top of the community home page, and check out our FAQ about The Ink Well.
We accept two kinds of short stories in The Ink Well: fictional stories and creative nonfiction stories.
We are all about quality, and we expect writers to carefully review their work before posting. Not doing so will result in low curation rewards or posts being ignored.
Here are some important resources:
- You can see our article on checking your posts for grammar here.
- You can find some great articles on story writing in our catalog of storytelling tips.
- You can find information about what we are looking for in creative nonfiction stories in this post.
- Be sure to review The Ink Well's treasure trove of tips, reminders and guidelines.
And please be sure to engage in the community by reading and commenting on the work of other community members. We ask everyone who posts in The Ink Well to read and comment on at least two other stories for each one published.
Again, welcome!
@theinkwell I don't know what's going on is his head. I am to Fed up to care about Muhammad Saqib. His skills r not on shitty like his above post.
At this point it's easier to downvote and call it a day then to argue or think about it.
I'm extremely sorry I didn't know the rules before
