RE: To VPN or not to VPN? Have you already thought about using a VPN? Who is using one, what for?

I use mine most of the time. I prefer having the added privacy. It can slow speed a little, but not enough to be a problem in most cases. Cost wise you can get a good one for around $10 US a month, which is horrible. There are cheaper options but they are cheaper for a reason!
