Natural remedies are great options, but the problem universally with them is dosage. You never know what you are getting. Plus determining the dosage takes huge studies that someone as to pay for, and with something inexpensive like dandelion root no one will pay to fund it because they'll never earn their money back. So they stick with new drugs they can control pricewise.
It's all just a big money game, and it doesn't benefit us as consumers. Only the rich running the pharm companies!

Yeah, "they'll never earn their money back" this is mostly why it's likely not getting cheaper anytime soon, and that's sad. Dosage is something else, I mentioned it too that it's probably because of dosage (which requires a lot of human or animal testing) that brings a lot of limitations to how these things can actually work or help people
It's so sad, I for one have always hoped that someone somewhere will develop a natural cure combination for my condition someday
