Smart mobile transfer can be frustrating at times

Am getting so frustrated about the banking world, that if it's possible to withdraw all my funds inside my account I will but again that's not possible.

Having issues with your ussd code and mobile app for transaction at thesame time can be frustrating, overwhelming,and expensive, tell me why I can't buy or send money either way.

Yes I have been banking for years now
Yes I know the meaning of token
But do I understand that am supposed to request for it for my mobile app.. No.

Getting #6.98 charged from my account even when the transaction does not pull through, i think is kind of a Scam.

The most annoying part is that, I don't see or know reason why my profile is being blocked, was I about to be hacked without knowing it or what?

Well I rather assume they are trying to protect me, rather than jump into conclusion, situations like these I feel is better to go and sort it out physically in the bank rather than calling anyone because I feel and know is safer.

The use of ussd has been my go to ever since I started banking, if not for this new policy where every transactions is being charged rather than the monthly deduction, I feel is better than the mobile app in that end, since it does not require the use of data to carry out your transactions.

I have not used my mobile app for any transaction before, but I did activate it, now the thought of going into the bank to request for my app token is such a quest, or am I wrong, am I supposed to get it as an Email or message to my phone.

It's a good thing my debit card is still working, and so I wonder why? But still grateful.

Now I don't have any other choice but to visit one of their branches to recover my banking privileges again.
