Reparación de taladro de banco: diagnóstico y reemplazo de capacitor //Bench drill repair: capacitor diagnosis and replacement

Hola amigos y reparadores de hive hoy, junto a mi colega Sebas, nos encontramos con un taladro de banco en el taller-aula 1 que presentaba fallas al momento de arrancar. Desde el primer diagnóstico, sospechamos que el inconveniente podía estar en el capacitor, una pieza clave para el arranque del motor ⚙️🔧✨ (que es la falla tipica en estos casos) Lo sacamos de la base y nos pusimos a averiguar sobre la falla un poco mas en profundidad, abajo les dejo fotos de como lo desmontamos de la base.

Hello friends and hive repairers, today, together with my colleague Sebas, we found a bench drill in workshop-classroom 1 that had failures when starting up. From the first diagnosis, we suspected that the problem could be in the capacitor, a key part for starting the engine ⚙️🔧✨ (which is the typical failure in these cases) We took it out of the base and began to find out about the failure a little more in depth, below I leave you photos of how we removed it from the base.

Procedimos a desmontar la carcasa con cuidado para evaluar el estado interno del equipo. Efectivamente, el capacitor mostraba signos de deterioro y había dejado de cumplir su función. Tras confirmar la falla, Sebas consiguió un repuesto adecuado y trabajamos en conjunto para instalarlo correctamente, asegurando buenas conexiones y una fijación firme 🔩🧰💡Ademas medimos el capacitor con un capacimetro y estaba fuera de los valores recomendados...

We proceeded to disassemble the case carefully to evaluate the internal condition of the equipment. Indeed, the capacitor showed signs of deterioration and had stopped fulfilling its function. After confirming the failure, Sebas obtained a suitable replacement and we worked together to install it correctly, ensuring good connections and a firm fixation 🔩🧰💡We also measured the capacitor with a capacitor and it was outside the recommended values...

Una vez montado el nuevo capacitor, realizamos las pruebas correspondientes y el taladro volvió a funcionar con total normalidad. Siempre es satisfactorio recuperar una herramienta esencial y dejarla lista para seguir trabajando como corresponde 💼⚡😊 El capacitor tiene que ser para esta maquina de 10uf y 450V , abajo les dejo el que recomienda el fabricante para que funcione de manera optima un tiempo mas al menos jaja , un saludo a todos amigos de hive y a seguir reparando.

Once the new capacitor was mounted, we carried out the corresponding tests and the drill returned to working normally.
