HOW TO WIN PROSCRATINATION?
Guys, do you know what procrastination is?
It's a psychological term meaning a process when all deals you have to do today are left for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow or in a week etc.
I hate this condition. It sucks energy and don't let you be relaxed. You always think that there is something you have to do, and if you aren't doing it now, it's waiting for you and "calling" you in your head;)
I have rather nice self-discipline, so proscastination isn't for me. But it's my husband's great problem.
We often have disputes about it, and he always says: "I have more important tasks now!".
OK. I can wait for some days, but when it takes some months.... it drives me crazy.
I found a nice scheme of Eisenhower that teaches us to sort our deals and not to fall into procrastination.

The main idea of this matrix is to differentiate Urgent tasks and Not urgent and classify them into different parts of this scheme.
Thus, we will see what needs our personal attention right NOW, what can be delegated, and what can be really done a little bit later.
This matrix helps us to plan our time, to have a definite plan and schedule for our tasks and make them in time.
As for me it's a great assistant for our daily routine!
How do you overcome proscastination, guys?
The matrix you used to plan your tasks is great.
The way I deal with procrastination is by, at least, attempting on something l want to do, l do not just hold them on my mind, lf l do that, they're going to get many and I might end up not doing those tasks.
so, lnstead, l make sure to do it to a certain extent and other days l repeat the process, then have a certain time l will complete it.
Thinking about it and hoping to do it, might just make me lazy, so I start doing that tasks, immediately l see the needs why I should do lt.
I came across this concept some days again on Instagram. I haven't really put It into practice yet but I believe it can be a great and helpful tool.
I got to find out about this recently and I have been applying it to my daily tasks and it helps a lot.
These types of things can certainly benefit us to help reduce procrastination! It’s so easy to procrastinate though :D
