I’ve been thinking about something that keeps coming up after my recent experience with a shoulder strain from gym training. It’s been a few weeks, and while I can train again, it still doesn’t feel 100% stable when I go heavier. After one session, I was talking with a couple of people in the locker room, and best hgh brand for bodybuilding somehow came into the conversation in the context of recovery speed and long-term injuries. That made me curious because I’ve honestly heard completely opposite opinions about it depending on who you ask. Some people treat it like a normal medical topic, others talk about it like it’s something only athletes or special cases ever consider. I’m just trying to understand how much of this is real-world experience and how much is just gym talk that gets passed around.
