NOTE: The Solow model, mentioned above, studies the dynamics of economic growth in the long run and was developed by Solow. Robert Solow was an American economist who won the Nobel Prize for Economics.
Conclusions
Human capital is a significant factor in economic growth and this is a fact that can also be proven mathematically.
Technical progress, in the economic context, can be defined as the process of acquiring knowledge and skills which have the aim of improving production. As a consequence there will certainly be an increase in efficiency.

In economia e soprattutto nel meccanismo di impresa il capitale umano ha un ruolo importante.
Per comprendere meglio l’imposta del capitale umano nella gestione d’impresa si utilizzerà la funzione di produzione.
Funzione di produzione

Per calcolare la variazione del capitale umano possiamo quindi usare la seguente formula

Possiamo elaborare una nuova formula.
-Se consideriamo che h e k, mostrati nelle formule precedenti, sono due fattori di produzione di crescita di lungo periodo possiamo scrivere la seguente formula
-Pensiamo il tutto sulla base della teoria del modello di Solow che parla della crescita endogena.
-Facciamo alcune trasformazioni matematiche
Dopo tutto questo possiamo ottenere una formula che ci indica il ruolo del progresso tecnico.

Ciao @lozio71 , spesso non si tende a parlare di capitale umano nella gestione di un’impresa, ma questo è un chiaro segno di poca istruzione. Trai i meccanismi di impresa c'è appunto il capitale umano che fa la differenza sul risultato.

Purtroppo, nel caso del mio datore di lavoro, certe considerazioni non sono mai state minimamente prese in considerazione... per il suddetto siamo sempre solo stati dei numeri, utili solo a sgobbare per produrre il più possibile, e niente più...
La sicurezza, all'interno dell'azienda, è a livelli da paese del terzo mondo e tutti stanno zitti per paura di ritorsioni, come del resto è successo a me dopo l'infortunio di due anni fa, cosa che mi ha portato al risultato di cui parlo nel post.
E mi è pure andata bene che mi sono potuto giocare il jolly del processo penale per chiuderla in maniera positiva per il sottoscritto, sennò avrei finito col dovermene andare per non impazzire, con tutte le conseguenze del caso.
D'altronde, quando si ha a che fare con un'arricchito che non ha mai fatto nulla in vita sua, e che si è ritrovato un'azienda in mano senza avere la minima idea sul come gestirla, non è che si potesse sperare un granchè...

Purtroppo la condizione imprenditoriale che hai descritto è diffusa in Italia. L’Italia del passato ha dato tantissime opportunità a persone poco capaci e poco istruite di diventare imprenditori. Io credo che se andassimo a chiedere a 100 imprenditori quali sono i 10 principi fondamentali per la crescita di un azienda, il 90% non sanno nemmeno che questi principi esistano.
Non posso che essere d'accordo con te, tanto più alla luce della mia esperienza personale che conferma quanto da te affermato.
La realtà è che, salvo pochi "illuminati", ci sono un sacco di aziende in mano a veri e propri ignoranti, e non nel senso dispregiativo del temine, ma semplicemente per indicare persone che ignorano le semplici basi per la gestione delle stesse.

Hi @rafzat , we often don't tend to talk about human capital in managing a business, but this is a clear sign of little education. Among the business mechanisms there is precisely the human capital that makes the difference on the result. Be careful, I don't mean that it can make the difference, I really mean that human capital makes the difference. A company that is efficient and preparing for the future knows that human capital is one of the most important things.
Ha molta rilevanza in ogni dipartimento assegnato e se unisci le tue conoscenze con la tecnologia forse andrà tutto molto bene, ovviamente con i rispettivi alti e bassi, ma i risultati sono migliori.
Ciao @lupega , è esattamente così! Un imprenditore di successo sa esattamente quanto vale avere delle persone competenti e brava all'interno dell'azienda. L'efficienza di un'azienda migliora notevolmente quando all'interno dell'azienda lavorano persone competenti. Credo che questo argomento, cioè intendo principi di economia, tu lo conosca bene.
