Production
What can be understood from the production
The production area is the one that carries out the production function of a company and is the best area to study to better understand the company's strategies.
Production also has the function of better setting up the study of a company and understanding the different types of costs.
The production function can help understand the role of human capital and progress.

Taking into consideration the Cobb-Douglas production function and applying some reasoning we can say the following.
Productivity, i.e. the increase in marginal production of K, is given by

Supply and demand
Production is that element that produces goods and services according to supply and demand.

Below is an example of a calculation regarding supply and demand.
Data:
Market demand Qd = 1600-300P
Offer Qo = 1400+700P
Request:
Calculate the equilibrium price and quantity

execution
We start from the equality Qd = Qo so we will have the following

1600-300P = 1400+700P

we move the quantities to the left and the terms relating to P to the right, we will therefore have…
1600-1400 = +300P+700P → 200 = 1000P → 200/1000
P = 0.2
Therefore the equilibrium price, the one that makes supply and demand equal, is 0.2

To find the equilibrium quantity we substitute the equilibrium price for the demand function
Qd = 1600-300P = 1600 -60 = 1540
which would be the same even if we used supply demand
Qo = 1400+700P = 1400+140 = 1540

So the equilibrium quantity is 1540

What is described in the exercise can be represented graphically in the following way

Cosa si può capire dalla produzione
L’area di produzione è quella che va ad espletare la funzione di produzione di un’azienda ed è la miglior area da studiare per comprendere al meglio le strategie dell’azienda.
La produzione ha la funzione anche di impostare al meglio lo studio di un’impresa e comprendere le diverse tipologie di costo.
La funzione di produzione può aiutare a capire il ruolo del capitale umano e del progresso.

Domanda e Offerta
La produzione è quell’elemento che produce beni e servizi in funzione della domanda e dell’offerta.

Qui di seguito un esempio di calcolo a riguardo della domanda e dell’offerta.
Dati:
Domanda di mercato Qd = 1600-300P
Offerta Qo = 1400+700P
Domanda:
Calcolare il prezzo e la quantità di equilibrio

svolgimento
Partiamo dall'uguaglianza Qd = Qo quindi avremo quanto segue

1600-300P = 1400+700P

spostiamo a sinistra le quantità e a destra i termini relativi a P, avremo quindi…
1600-1400 = +300P+700P → 200 = 1000P → 200/1000
P = 0,2
Quindi il prezzo di equilibrio, quello che rende la domanda e l’offerta uguali è 0,2

Per trovare la quantità di equilibrio sostituiamo il prezzo di equilibrio alla funzione di domanda
Qd = 1600-300P = 1600 -60 = 1540
che sarebbe uguale anche se usassimo la domanda d’offerta
Qo = 1400+700P = 1400+140 = 1540

Quindi la quantità di equilibrio è 1540

Thanks for stopping by. One of the most interesting concepts regarding production, in my opinion, are the various checks. Perhaps one of the most important checks is the verification of the change in capital with the change in production. Hi @rafzat , unfortunately we don't like the economy very much, but it is essential to know it at least superficially. Our capitalist world is based on economic principles. In this case I talk about how productivity can be measured. Maybe you don't need to fully understand it, but our economy is based on these concepts.

Grazie liberty per essere passato di qua. A volte si tralascia quanto segue quando si studia un'azienda anche dal punto di vista di un investitore... La funzione di produzione permette di comprendere le strategie delle imprese. Esempio, se volessimo investire in azioni TESLA, conoscere come in questo momento avviene la produzione, il suo ciclo attuale e quello programmato per il prossimo anno, ci aiuterebbe a capire se potrebbe essere un investimento interessante oppure no.
