Progress comes from embracing change - Last 20 Years.
Changes are inevitable. The most important part about changes is we must accept and adapt to the changes. Change can be disruptive and painful, but it can also gives us the opportunity for growth and transformation. In my opinion, instead of fighting or opposing the change, an individual should try to accept it, welcome it, embrace it, and see where it leads us to. A simple example related to changes is that, the way we have adapted ourself to the computer technology all around us. In case we have opposed its acceptsnce in begining, we wont be able to see the world we are living into. Change can push people from their comfort zones, force them to discover new things, and teach them unique aspects about themselves and their surroundings.

In the last decades or two, we have witness a lot of transformation around us. I have the onus of living two separate life and can say, things have changed a lot. I was there in the #urban part of India, and also lived few years in the #rural parts. I have noticed tremendous changes. A lot have changed over the time. If we makes a note of differrnt things than it includes :
Technology: Modern technology has transformed communication, business, education, entertainment, and healthcare. For example, the internet and smartphones have become ubiquitous, allowing people to make purchases, send emails, and conduct sales from almost anywhere in the world. Automation and digitization have also become the norm, allowing people to do things more efficiently and quickly.
Organizations: Businesses have moved operations abroad to cheaper locations, and more organizations are offering programs to help employees with work/life balance.
Careers: Rapid business restructurings and global competition have weakened traditional employer-employee bonds, and career paths have shifted away from internal talent development. These changes have led to a more dynamic and technology-driven career landscape that emphasizes adaptability and continuous learning.
Education: Technology has transformed teaching methods, and more children are attending school than ever before, with girls making the largest gains. Post the covid outbreak, people have found online way of learning.
Women's empowerment: Literacy, education, employment, and decision making have increased women's empowerment and individuality. However, women still face discrimination in some areas.
Physical fitness: A higher percentage of men and women today are exercising and taking care of their mental and physical health. Fewer are smoking and drinking. However, a higher percentage are also carrying too much extra weight and taking prescription medication. Men today have fewer close friends than they did few decades ago. The age old Yoga have found a lot of recognistion.
Lifestyle: people are now more glamorous oriented. There is a sharp shift in the way they were living. They spend more on luxuries and fashion.
Social Media: One of the major contributor to the society. People are spending more time on virtual living and slowly forgetting the real social life.
Change is the only constant in life.
As far the #Rural sector is concerned. They have seen the sikilar simultaneous growth as happened in the urban areas. People have changed and their lifestyle too. They have now we'll connected roads and electricity. They are now more dependent on themselves. I remember, 20 years ago, we used to distribute the old used cloth to village poor people but now Noone is ready to wear used cloth. Last 20 years people have managed to earn through their skills. Villagers are hard worker and know how to make money through their efforts.
In spite of all the changes , people and their mindset too have changed. Be it urban or Rural they are now more focused on their own life. They have changed outlook and does not like to interfere in other matters. I have seen even the closed relatives changing a lot over the years. Maybbe they are more money minded, or have differrnt approach. In all the scenarios, everyone is happy in their own life in their own aspect.
Last 20 years , we have seen great changes, #urban areas are now more of the concrete jungle lot of development happened and people liking them and adapted as per their needs.

Change will always happen, it is part of life itself, the important thing is that it is for the better and does not harm nature, for example. A big hug!😃
And in the next 20 years we will see more changes. As long as we are alive, there always will be change whether it is favorable or not.
