Dream big, work hard, achieve greatness - AI Influence !

Jobs cuts, are now a common news all over the places. Every other days, we learned about some major job cuts at some prestigious organisation. Such news alwsys creates a panic in readers mind as seeing a career in those companies alwsys gets situational. Many considers the jobs cuts as part of cost cutting, however the truth is jobs cuts were the result of #automation. Now the influence of #ai simply ruining the career oppurtunity of many individuals. This makes choosing a career very complicated and worse.

I have seen how automation results in the reduction of work forces. Many big companies I worked with were transformed themselves to reduce the manual intervention and opting for bots and other automation tools for their productivity. They already have tools for scaning, to reporting, to various other tasks. The professionals are alwsys under the blade and their career is alwsys in dark.
The introduction of Artificial intelligence (AI) has added salts to the wounds. It is already changing the world and is expected to have a big impact on many industries in the future. It already started to spread it's wings in all sectors. In case you are wondering how it is impacting, here are few insight ,how AI is impacting the various working fields :

• In the education fields AI could transform at all levels. Students receiving personalized content and learning strategies based on their individual needs and learning styles. AI could also help detect plagiarism and gauge student emotions.

• AI could become a standard tool for doctors and physician assistants, potentially increasing the accuracy of medical diagnoses. AI-powered machines could also help diagnose and treat diseases, which could lead to a dramatic reduction in death rates.

• We have seen automatic vehicles and now AI could influence transportation in many ways, including self-driving cars and AI travel planners.

• AI could automate manual and repetitive tasks, and augment human decisions. This could free up the human workforce to focus on more creative and empathetic tasks, and make people happier and more satisfied in their jobs.

• AI could help us solve complex problems, such as climate change, poverty, and pandemics, and create new products, services, and experiences.

• AI is already being used in finance to detect fraud, conduct audits, and evaluate customers for loans. AI-powered systems could also replicate advertising campaigns using historical data.

With all the industry under the influence of @ai pipeline, it gets very tough to choose a career in any industry. Unless and untill you have a IT background and experince we do not sees a future. But again there is a limitation too, and now every IT professional would have a jobs in place. Then what is left for other professionals.??

Scope of Oppurtunity!!

I have seen many professional turning into farmer. Even after having a qualified technical degree they are opting for agriculture sector. In my opinion, this is one of the sector which is never get affected by automation or AI. All of us needed foods for survival and this is remain the part of basic needs. I have been into farming since last couple of years and sees a vast scope into it. Not everyone is blessed to have a agrculturr land, but still many people are taking farming land on lease to pursue a career. They are producing organic foods and crops and helps the economy to run. They also generate few employment too. They sell the produces withing Indis or export them to outside market. They are very successfull.

Foodie delight

The next best option that a person to opt for is to have a fast food or a restaurant. They are big demands and in India, the craze has taken few professional to begin their own startup. They are serving some home made delicies and serving to dofferrnt customers. Food business alwsys remain on the spot light because people alwsys tempted towards quality and tasty food. No matter, whatever be the case they alwsys lookout for some good food.

There are option open to navigate but everything ends up with the individual interest. My Dad alwsys used to insist on pursuing something which interest or excites. And never get into anything unnecessarily. So whosoever like to have a career outside yhe realm of AI, must check on their area of interest.
