Creating memories, one lesson at a time.
The concept of smart work was introduced to me while I was in corporate. It came pretty late in life, but, It was one of the best learning curve in my career. It taught me to complete my job in less time and effort. Infact it was a trend in the corporate sector to bring down the manual efforts. From streamlining process to lean ideas to improvise to other multiple way, we were alwsys looking towards reducing the efforts and to get maximum output.

I started fancying the concept more in my career as it taught me, to get more work done in less time by using resources effectively and achieving the best results without compromising quality. Though the learning came too late to me, it proved boon to my career. However, my traditional working approach too helped me in getting adapted to the new smart working theme. Having exposure and understanding to the root level of every activity allowed me to find new way and removing the excess unwanted steps involved in the execution of work. I think such smart work is necessary to keep pace with the ongoing technological advancement at every fields.
The new generation of kids were exposed to some smart way of learning. Thanks to the pandemic, many online learning module were developed. This makes kids to adapt to the new learning atmosphere. Moreover, the changed were also noticed in the government sector. The government department too started to conduct competitive exams for various job opening. I remember, earlier people used to fill the OMR sheet for the correct answer, however with the digitalization, the old mode of conducting exams have shifted to CBT I.e Computer Based Test. It allows the candidate to appear for test in online mode and reduces the manual intervention that were involved in OMR based examination. At first it appears to be very challenging but soon candidate started to like the new approach, as they do not have to darken the OMR circle anymore, instead they just to click the right box usingbthe mouse. A very efficient and effective way for examination and also getting the results too sooner than expected.
The introduction of digital mode in education system allows kids to be more smarter in their approach towards studies. However, more exposure to it may prove wrong. It may lead to ending old tradional approach of studies. It happened to me recently, where *I have to write an application on a piece of paper using Pen. Though, I am aware of the content to write, however my hands were hot moving as it supposed to be. I am not into writing practice since long. If I looked back, I have not writen a single line in last 15 odd years. I was more into typing on computer keyboards and got more fluency. And when it comes to using a pen to write I was struck. This took me to my student days when writing came fluent to us.
Age opd strungent method were very hseful. Students can do well with stringent rules if they are implemented fairly and flexibly. Research shows that students perform better academically when schools have strict rules and high discipline. Some teachers find that a balance between strictness and fun can help students know they have to do their work while still having fun.
In my opinion, eradicating the age old method with new improvised way of learning may prove boon, however it may hamper the basic learning skill that students develop through stringent methods. Keeping a control and check allow to groom a person better way.
Peace!!

There are definitely pros and cons to each method. I still feel like some of the classic methods are still the best way to learn. I don't believe that everything needs to be "gamified".
Technology can never be compared to anything. For me its the bomb 💣 era. Things have become so easy for everyone especially the young kids that we see as leaders of tomorrow.

It takes a while to remove wrong learnings and create new ones, but it's not impossible, and it's good to improve every day... witches do that!!!😃
