The Vopson video is very interesting, but I didn´t get at all why the experiment should proof anything. Just by increasing the temperature, the particles are not changed in their nature or in their "information" content. Not sure what I miss here.

I didn't watch the video, but I may be able to offer an explanation anyway.
Any increase in temperature increases the frequency of atomic vibrations, which could be seen as higher bandwidth, just as it is with processor clock speeds or telecommunications frequencies.
Sure, but why should that be a proof for the simulation theory?
