ANTI-FRAUD ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM IN E-COMMERCE SECTOR
Basically in my country and probably would also be all round the world, they are lack of trust between buyers and sellers and this topic speaks on how this problem can be resolved.
Note: This topic will be in parts while this post will talk about what E-commerce is and the problem found between merchants and buyers
What is E-commerce
E-commerce is simply referred as the buying and selling of goods/products online.
Now everyone is actually looking towards buying a product online maybe not really from their regular trusted sites like the Amazon, eBay but from an unknown seller on either Facebook, or Instagram.
At this point, a buyer who sees a product he likes or wants to get from a seller (which the buyer doesn't have any records or review about) he meets on a regular social media like Instagram would want to buy the product on POD (Pay on Delivery) while most merchants prefers prepaid services and they are due to some reason below:
1. Absurd buyers who are not serious about buying and could order a product they don't have the money for: This is so true, especially in my country. A buyer would order for a product to be delivered and may end up saying the money is not yet available after product is already being shipped by shipping agent. There is even possiblity of the product being stolen by the buyer after the delivery arrives at the location set by the buyer
2. Merchants who don't have the money at hand but wants to get the product after the money is received: This is common especially on Instagram. Merchants put up products they don't have available online only to get them from their supplier after the money is received from the buyer.
In my country where it is really known for online scams. It has become really hard for young people (youths) who wants to be a merchant and advertise their product online due to the state of relationship between buyers and sellers.

I will explain how this system comes to play tomorrow and how it solves the disagreement between buyers and sellers.

There´s a lot of ways of fraud, especially in online shops... that´s why there´s lack of trust in the market hahahaha and not just on the hand of the buyer... Sometimes the seller tells you something, or shows you a photo, and when you already pay for it and it arrives is broken or doesn´t work... the only online shop i trust is Amazon, but it´s because they didn´t even care if you are telling the truth about an complaint... they send you rigth away another if you say it doesn´t work... they believe in you so you can believe in them. But that´s not easy to build that kind of guarantee.
Exactly what I am saying is what I am going to talk about in the second session of this post.
What I have in mind would or should definitely solve these problems.
