The issue of climate change has been one so difficult to deal with, largely due to our poor knowledge on the benefits of recycling the wastes we generate daily.

Recycling just like the name is an act of converting waste materials into reusable items.

We generate a lot of wastes on daily basis which we always tilt towards burning them further depleting our ozone layers causing global warning; recycling remains one of the most practical and impactful way in addressing this challenge; climate change and environmental degradation too.

Benefits Of Recycling

Recycling not only spares our ozone layer but also helps in preserving our natural resources.

Recycling papers for instance helps prevent further deforestation.
Also, recycling requires less energy compared to producing materials from raw resources hence, reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Recycling has also helped in solving the problem of our unemployment burden by creating job opportunities at various stages.
Recycling involves collecting, sorting and processing wastes which all requires workforce at those various levels promoting economic growth.
Just the way families store their consumed can drinks and sells it to the iron condemned personnels/ scrap collectors when they're of reasonable quantity, who in turn supply them to recycling industries and the chain continues.

What Kind Of Waste Should Be Added To The Already Existing List Of Recyclables?

• Textiles Recycling:

Everybody wears cloth and these clothes either gets old or we outgrow them, rather than burning them, it will be great to have companies that collects them, process them and recycle them into new ones.

• Inorganic Waste Recycling:

Stuffs like pure water satchet, food wraps and many other household wastes we generate rather than burning could be collected and stored neatly for recycling into new products.

Despite the advantages, recycling faces a lot of challenges ranging from filling the knowledge void on its needs in different countries' citizens to the challenges of contamination, fewer industries and necessary equipments for the already existing companies whubh hinders progress in this field.

In conclusion, the advantages of recycling can never be overemphasized. Making supportive policies to encourage recycling would be a great addition amongst everything else and by committing to this, we take a crucial step towards providing a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations.
Recycling is indeed the cornerstone of our ozone layer sustainability and environmental preservation.
