Infact, someone I know told me why he doesn't visit the doctor is that they reduce people's lifespan.. I was confused and he told me that you might be okay without any worries but immediately you set your foot inside the hospital and make tests, they must have one scary thing or another to tell you... I laughed so hard the day he told me that 😂😂

I'm happy you've gone past those ages of believing those craps, it's a good step in the right direction and yes, just see a doctor, it might go a long way helping you.
