I have gone through the two stages, time does not allow me or as simple as I do not feel like writing anything and I have been days absent and the stage in which I am now is to be active daily on the platform and post every day, I hope to get it, what I do is rest a little on weekends, and on Monday I feel more recharged ✌🏻

Yeah man that sounds perfect. I'll choose Sunday for my technology detox and I think it will be perfect, still let's see how it will effect me
