YOUR SCIENCE OF REST AND SLEEP
Adulthood comes with lots of stress and responsibility as well. At times, it is difficult to find time to get adequate rest and sleep. Sometimes, while at work/school, we find ourselves uncontrollably dozing off to sleep on our desk. This week, we invite you to share with us your rest and sleep pattern.
How often do you rest? how many hours do you sleep in 24 hours? is the sleep quality or just quantity without quality? What's that thing that is inhibiting you from getting adequate sleep? If you had an opportunity, will you cut it off? This is just a guide, Do share in as much detail as you want.
