When we always make ourselves available to people anytime they need us does it make them take us for granted or is it being abused? Yes i feel it is so when we make ourselves available to the point that we can take any nonsense from anybody it makes people overlook us and override us.

Most times we live our lives always trying to be available and to turn up for those who don't really turn up for us when we are in need how bad and pathetic that can be. I have experienced this so many times most people are always there for what they can get from you and how available you are for them, but once you show them that they can't always have access to you and your not always available they change automatically and begin to give you the cold shoulders.
