The lifestyle that worth it
Greetings!
One thing about people is that they tend to pretend to the public what they are not and this to me did not just get started, this has been in existence right from the time immemorial. I could remember in those days when some of our friends would be looking for where to rent fine clothes just to prove they are doing fine or they have money to those girls they were chasing.
As if that is not enough, I have also seen a guy lying to his girlfriend that the house he took the lady to was his own built apartment, it's after he was done with the lady that the lady realised that the said house was not his own, but his friend's rented apartment. Maybe the lady would not have known this, if not that she forgot one of her belongings in the house which the guy claimed to be his own. It's on her getting there that she was told that the guy she was asking for was not the owner of the apartment, although she felt disappointed but she was not surprised as it was normal in those days.
The only difference we have now is the advent of social media which has really made many people live a fake life, some are only living on debt just to make the public think they are wise on social media. Some cannot even afford the kind of attire they put on to take pictures as all the attire that they are putting on are rented attires.
Some would even use another person's car to pose for a photograph and still be thanking GOD for the new provision which is not theirs. I have seen so many cases in my life all in the name of wanting to live a wealthy life when they know for sure that they are poor.
To me, this kind of a life is not worth it at all, I believe that instead of them living this kind of a life, they should try and be real for once, maybe their helper would see them suffering and help them. Some of them are still not being helped just because the life they are living is more extravagant to the life their helper is living.
As for me, I would rather live my real life even if I have more than enough, I would still maintain my normal life which to me is good compared to faking a life which is not my own.

One thing I have learnt about all this is that people will always treat you differently when they think you have something to offer for their own benefit. I guess that's why a lot of people pretend to be someone they are not. As cool as this my sound I still don't think it is worth the stress that comes with it though

Why living a fake life in the eyes of people when I know I will be the one dealing with it behind the scenes. I would rather live my normal real life and enjoy it while it last.

Omor, it is just better to be you. A lot of people live this fake life and unknowingly chase off their destiny helpers. What I have actually noticed is that this fake life is more expensive to maintain, people go about saying lies about themselves and so on.

Lolz, just like the recent drama where a celebrity accused someone of claiming that her house is her uncles house and even posed with the house in a picture the person shared online.
In another scenario, someone used another persons medical history to falsely obtain money from the public claiming she is suffering cancer.
This is the level of desperation people involve themselves to obtain wealth or look wealthy. .meanwhile, in the actual sense, they cannot afford that kind of luxury lifestyle.

I can relate to guys who lies and live fake life to impress girls, this was not in vogue in our forefathers time but sadly, some girls always look at those flashy things before they decide to give guys chance nowadays
