Productivity is the key

Greetings!

One thing that's now prevalent among the working class in the world today is that of working from home. Nowadays, people now work from inside their rooms with convenience and this was unlike before where people would be present physically at their various places of work to do or carry out their daily assignment or duty, but now the situations of things have changed and this would not have happened to the human race if not for that advent of technology which has made life simpler for all to live and work in and most importantly the epidemic that happened not quite long that restricted people's movement and gathering.

These two factors are the contributory factor to the idea to which people now work from home and to me, I think the idea and the point behind this working from home of a thing has been met by those involved.

Having said so much about the idea of working from home and what factors have contributed to the idea, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt in the Hive learners community which is all about, “Work from home.”

Like I said earlier, there's nothing bad in the idea of working from home which is a remote work as it in most cases does not involve our physical presence. The idea to me has really made life better as it's made our workload lighter than it was in the past as people can now work at the comfort of their home. It's also helped in beating down the cost of transport which might be so inflated with the current situation of the economy in the world and most especially in my country, Nigeria.

Thanks to God and the advent of technology which has made this kind of a lifestyle possible for us as us workers. Aside from all of these, it's also helped to reduce the stress of getting to work and getting the work in itself done. This has really helped in getting the best out of the workers and the level of workers productivity is now on the rise compared to what we used to have in the past just because we are being permitted to work from home.

One thing that I know is that, there's nothing wrong with working from home most especially if it's producing or giving the necessary result we so desire to have. So in the view of this, I believe that there's no how saturated the remote work can be, it would always be relevant just because of how productive those working from home have been to the job that they are doing and their immense contribution to the growth of the economy of the nation.

The only advice I would like to give to our people that are working from home is to upgrade themselves where necessary so as not to destroy the golden opportunity given to us by this remote system of working from home. Also, the physical presence should not also be totally neglected. Although, it can't even be as we still have some job that needs our physical presence which helps to bring about togetherness in most cases.
