Egg is one of the best foods that is common and powerful. Nigeria has lots of instances where we view eggs as simply something to fry with bread, boil to serve rice or even bake. Growing up, I have been raised on eggs, sometimes fried with stew and sometimes simply boiled with yam and I can confidently say that egg is one of the most balanced foods God has bestowed upon us. It is even given a name as a superfood by scientists due to its nutritional value.

In my own experience, every time I eat eggs in the morning, I realize that I feel more powerful and not as hungry as long.
