Our Taxes, Our Struggles, Our Future
The issue of paying taxes is an issue that is experienced by virtually all people in the world. You will definitely tax one way or other where you live. It can either be in terms of income tax, business tax, school fees tax or even tax on goods and services. The tax system in different countries is different; not all people earn the same income hence tax returns are never similar to all. Tax is a very sensitive and critical issue.
In most nations, the government examines the rates of taxes every year. They consider the level of earning of the people, the growth of the economy and also the amount of money required to operate the country. In some cases, the tax rate is raised and in some cases it is brought down.
When this occurs, there are those who are happy and those who are not. This is the case because good to one individual might be difficult to another. A big company might not put much pressure on the small business owner and a high-income earner might not have a problem compared to a low-income earner.

The tax rate in my country has a lot of implications on the day to day life. We even pay tax on our wages, on what we purchase and even on trivial services. The rate of tax is weighty to some individuals since the income is minimal. It hurts when you make small money and have to pay the tax. I have found individuals working so hard, but most of their earnings are spent on bills, food, transport and tax is introduced. It may be off-putting particularly when you do not feel the returns strong enough.
Tax return is supposed to assist individuals. In other nations, their taxes are well rewarded by citizens. They have pleasant roads, lovely hospitals, good schools and high security. At such places, citizens are more ready to pay tax since they can see the ways their money is being set aside. In most developing nations, however, citizens are not necessarily experiencing the effects of their tax. When the roads are pathetic, hospitals in poor condition, electricity not stable, people start to doubt the worth of their taxations.

In my own view, fairness with regard to taxation is desirable. It is not to trample the poor or demoralize the working hard. I have observed that not all citizens in my country oppose the payment of tax, but they are fed up with not achieving results. People grumble, they chat on social platforms, they quarrel in the buses and markets. Others even attempt to evade paying tax since they believe that the system is not serving their own interests. This is not fine but it demonstrates a great frustration.
Nonetheless, I still feel that tax can be used to develop the world in a powerful way despite all these challenges. It has the potential to transform lives provided it is handled properly. It has the capacity to construct schools, establish employment, advance the healthcare, and alleviate poverty. Once there are leaders who are truthful and accountable, tax will be a blessing but not a burden. I would like to see the day when the people will be proud to pay tax because they know that their funds are creating a better future.
Life has taught me that there is nothing easy in progress. What every powerful nation was, it was developed at the cost. However, the sacrifice should be significant. When value is perceived, people make contributions. In order to see waste, they resist. This is the reason why transparency and accountability play a significant role in managing tax.
To sum up, tax rates and returns are different in the world and each country has its dilemmas. The tax system is still not improved in my country, and citizens are responding with both positive and negative feelings. There are those that are optimistic, those that are angry and those that are exhausted. However, I think that under the proper administration and with the right leadership, tax can be a source of hope, development and national pride. Tax will not only rob the people but it will raise the people, provided it is used well.

The worst part of it is that the citizens don't enjoy the tax they pay.
We all know a nation tends to run more better with taxes. But then, it's different here, they just want to tax us to brokenness ni .....
It is well though.
