Silent Battles Behind Everyday Smiles

Hello friends, how are you? I'm fine too. As you know, in today's life, whenever you meet someone, they'll outwardly smile at you, but they might be fighting a war inside themselves—a silent war.

As far as I've noticed, people laugh, talk, and spend time with you, but in reality they're something different on the outside—they're fighting a war within themselves, a war that helps them survive in this world. We all wear a mask to show the world that we're very happy, but in reality, that's not the case.

Can anyone tell me why this is? I'll tell you why: it's our lifestyle. We're willing to do anything to get ahead of others, even if it means harming ourselves. For example, if someone is rich and has everything, we want to have all of that too, but not everyone has those things. Everyone is rich in their own way; it's just that people perceive it differently.

People see what we show them, but the real struggle is silent and unseen. Trying to be strong every single day drains a person from the inside, and then they become so weak that they can't achieve even the things they could have easily gotten. Is it right for a person to think they should end their own life because of their lifestyle when they could easily get by? Why do they put themselves in such a difficult situation? Has their self-confidence been completely destroyed, or is there some other problem? I will definitely share my own experience.
