The importance of the kidneys in science and experience.

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Today I want to share something about the kidneys, based on my own experience and information. There are some organs in our body that work silently every day, and the kidneys are one of them. Although small, their work is extraordinary. Every day, they filter our blood, remove unnecessary waste and excess water through urine. Not only that, the kidneys maintain the water balance of the body, control blood pressure, and protect the body from many diseases.

I once did not give much importance to these things. Due to drinking less water, the body often felt tired, sometimes there was a burning sensation while urinating. I still did not understand the real reason for this. Later, when I went to the doctor, he told me that this is a sign of pressure on the kidneys. From that time on, I started drinking water regularly at least 8 to 10 glasses every day. To be honest, within a few weeks, I felt a change inside my body. My fatigue decreased, I started feeling naturally fresh. That's when I realized how important the kidneys' work is inside the body. We often worry about external health, but taking care of internal organs is more important. If we drink enough water every day, avoid excess salt and junk food, and practice healthy habits regularly, our kidneys will remain healthy for a long time. When our kidneys are healthy, our overall health improves and our mind is also much lighter.

I feel that keeping our kidneys healthy means making our life more beautiful and vibrant.

We need to make drinking water a habit as it helps our kidney stay healthy.
