Thanks for bringing up this topic.
Nobody actually talks about Blackberry again. While i was growing up, everyone's dream then was to use blackberry, most people in my country even lost their lifes for that device, trying any means to get it.
Blackberry as a company where developing well, but all of a sudden, no one could explain what went wrong.

My ideology
The company must have failed for either one of these reasons -

1. Internal crisis among members/share holders
2. They where comfortable with their achievement and didn't plan ahead.

Only the movie/founders of the tech company can give an explanation to their max failure.
