I only see them in a food vlogs but never really use it in cooking. Like, I don't even have the idea what it smells like. I seriously want to smell it using my own nose. I think I saw this in a supermarket. Not so sure if they are available in the local market here. I grow up without really knowing a lot of aromatics aside from garlic and onions 🤔

That actually makes sense. A lot of people grow up only using a few basic aromatics, so it’s always interesting discovering new smells and flavors later on. The first time you smell fresh herbs or spices in person can be surprisingly memorable. If you saw it in a supermarket before, there’s a good chance you can find it again. You should definitely try smelling it next time — sometimes the aroma is completely different from what people describe in videos.
I wish i can still smell them, I already lost my sense of smell after a nasal polyp grow inside my nose. Even after removing it, it didn't really come back, sadly. Anyways, I hope someday, I get the chance to smell them
