Uhnnn beautiful write up....I love this statement you mentioned that there is different between acceptance and self love uhmm so deep,above all self love is the greatest because is when you love yourself first that's when people around you love you......and adaptability you can't just use Nigeria my country as a case study,we adapt to anything that comes our way 😂

A lot of people don't self-love, I don't think I do, however acceptance is coming to terms we cannot change it, someone we manage to achieve inner peace and just try to adapt
