Yo, por mi parte, algo ajetreada y ocupada con asignaciones del intensivo universitario. Este día fue genial y quiero contarles un poco al respecto porque huno cosas interesantes y buenas noticias.

I, for my part, was a bit busy with university-intensive assignments. This day was great and I want to tell you a little about it because there were some interesting things and good news.
Este día nos correspondía ver la materia Principios de la Ingeniería II con mi adorado profe Jerry, les había comentado que estaba feliz porque me gusta mucho como da sus clases y que a diferencia de la priemra parte de esta materia (con otro profesor) si estaba entendiendo todo mucho mejor y los resultados se vieron cuando nos entregó nuestro examen individual sobre el temá de la Primera Ley de la Termodinámica, donde no solo yo saqué un 20/20 sino que mis compañeros también y estábamos super felices.
Aquí es donde se ve la realidad y ¡Que gran diferencia! Esto elevó mucho mi autoestima, porque me encanta sentir que entiendo lo que estoy haciendo y sacar buenas notas.
That day we had to see the subject Principles of Engineering II with my beloved teacher Jerry, I told you that I was happy because I really like how he gives his classes and that unlike the first part of this subject (with another teacher) if I understood everything much better and the results were seen when he gave us our exam on the subject of the First Law of Thermodynamics, where not only I got a 20/20 but my classmates also and we were super happy.
This is where you see the reality and the difference it made! It boosted my self-esteem because I love feeling like I understand what I'm doing and getting good grades.
Desde que entramos a la clase y el profe empezó a hablarnos de la Segunda Ley de la Termodinámica, pude notar una pequeña caja de metal que había puesto en su mesa, pero no le presté atención hasta que en un momento, luego de darnos una intensa explicación y teoría, procedió a abrir la caja y hablarnos de qué se trataba.
Se trata de un Analizador de porcentaje de agua y pues, como su nombre lo indica, nos permite medir el porcentaje de H2O en una muestra de alimento líquido.
When we entered the class and the prof started talking to us about the Second Law of Thermodynamics, I noticed a small metal box that he had placed on his desk, but I didn't pay attention to it until at one point, after giving us an intense explanation and theory, he proceeded to open the box and tell us what it was all about.
It is a Water Percentage Analyzer and well, as the name implies, it allows us to measure the percentage of H2O in a sample of liquid food.

Lamentablemente esta es una práctica que se hace en una materia más avanzada y se necesitaban ciertas condiciones como para realizarla en ese momento, pero igual fue interesante poder verla e irnos familiarizando con estos implementos que son importantes en nuestra carrera como Ing. en Alimentos.
El profe Jerry nos explicó un poco cómo se supone que se usa, pero que esto lo sabremos mejor más adelante, así que estoy ansiosa ahora.
Unfortunately, this is a practice that is done in a more advanced subject and certain conditions were needed to perform it at that time, but it was still interesting to see it and get familiar with these implements that are important in our career as Food Engineers.
Professor Jerry explained a little about how it is supposed to be used, but we will know more about it later, so I am anxious now.
Al terminar la clase, me fui a mi parada y saqué esta foto porque el día, pese al sol intenso que hacía, estaba bonito.
Fue un día genial por mi nota en el examen y por esta pequeña muestra y clase diferente, espero seguir así. ¡Gracias por acompañarme!💗
After the class was over, I went to my stop and took this picture because the day, despite the intense sun, was beautiful.
It was a great day for my exam grade and for this little show and different class, I hope to continue like this. Thank y'all for joining me!💗
