Hola amigues de esta hermosa comunidad. ❤️

Estoy culminando el semestre y son tantas las cosas que han pasado, que no sé ni por donde comenzar. Vamos con este bonito día de este mes de junio.

El pasado 07 de junio celebramos el Día de la Inocuidad de los Alimentos, tratándose de un tema bastante importante en mi carrera de Ingeniería en alimentos, pues velar por la seguridad alimentaria y garantizar un buen control de calidad nos compete a todos como futuros profesionales.

Este día nos reunimos todos los estudiantes de la carrera para presentar distintos productos que hemos estado trabajando a lo largo de este estresante semestre.

Por ejemplo, una amiga que va mucho más avanzada en la carrera, presentó junto a sus compañeros los distintos métodos de conservación de los alimentos como la Fermentación, exponiendo en la mesa sus ejemplos, todo se veía muy bonito y cuidado.

En nuestro caso, los principiantes y pollitos de la carrera🐣😂, nos tocó exponer nuestro pequeño proyecto de salsa de ají dulce🌶️ que hicimos para la materia de Metodología de la investigación, del cual les hablé un poco Aquí.

Llevamos unas pequeñas muestras de salsas, las cuales nos halagaron por la presentación que tenían, muy linda, todo gracias a Mango Bajito y su sección de envases tan cuchis jaja. Además, nuestros compañeros también expusieron sus proyectos de la materia.

También hubo presentaciones culturales y la presencia de distintos ministerios que apoyaron el evento, dando información y posibles vacantes para realizar las pasantías cuando nos toque, cosa que me hace feliz.

Terminamos aproximadamente al medio día y todo salió muy bien. Fue una linda experiencia y me encantó poder ver los distintos productos en los que trabajaron mis compañeros.

Cada vez le tomo más cariño a mi carrera, aunque a veces me saque canas verdes💆🏽‍♀️.

Hello, besties of this beautiful community. ❤️

I am culminating the semester and there are so many things that have happened that I don't even know where to start, but let's go with this beautiful day of this month of June.

On June 7th we celebrated the Food Safety Day, which is a very important topic in my career of Food Engineering, because ensuring food safety and guaranteeing good quality control is the responsibility of all of us as future professionals.

On this day, all the students of the career met to present different products that we have been working on throughout this stressful semester.

For example, a friend who is much more advanced in their career, presented with her classmates the different methods of food preservation such as fermentation, exposing their examples on the table, everything looked very nice and neat.

In our case, the beginners and chicks of the race🐣😂, it was our turn to expose our small project of sweet chili sauce🌶️ that we did for the subject of Research Methodology, which I told you a little Here.

We brought some small samples of sauces, which flattered us by the presentation they had, very nice, all thanks to Mango Bajito and its packaging section, it is so cute haha. In addition, our colleagues also exhibited their projects on the subject.

There were also cultural presentations and the presence of different ministries that supported the event, giving information and possible vacancies for internships when it was our turn, which made me happy.

We finished approximately at noon and everything went very well. It was a nice experience and I loved being able to see the different products that my colleagues worked on.

I am getting more and more fond of my career, even though sometimes I get gray hair💆🏽‍♀️.
