Hoy quiero contarles sobre este último día en lo que fue mi primer intensivo universitario en mi carrera de Ing de los alimentos.
Fue un día bonito y tengo algunas reflexiones que quisiera compartirles, así que acompáñenme. ✌🏽

Happy Tuesday everyone, I hope this week is treating me great. ✨
Today I want to tell you about this last day in what was my first college intensive in my Food Engineering degree.
It was a nice day and I have some reflections I would like to share with you, so join me. ✌🏽
Para este día teníamos pautada una gran exposición con la temática de La bioctecnología, el profesor se encargó de asignarnos una fruta o verdura a cada uno y nosotros debíamos desarrollar el tema, es decir, hablar sobre la biotecnología aplicada a esa fruta u hortaliza.
En mi caso, me tocó hablar sobre el coco. 🥥
For this day we had scheduled a great exhibition with the theme of Biotechnology, the professor was in charge of assigning a fruit or vegetable to each of us and we had to develop the topic, that is, talk about the biotechnology applied to that fruit or vegetable.
In my case, I had to talk about the coconut. 🥥
Fue genial porque hay mucha información sobre el coco y muchísimos usos que podemos darle, además de todos los procesos biotecnológicos que tiene para nuestro beneficio, siendo mi parte favorita, por supuesto, la del área de cosméticos y belleza, pido perdón😂, pero si algo me hace tener mi cabello bonito, lo amo. 💅🏼
Mi amiga Arslens expuso sobre la fresa y mi querido Gabriel expuso sobre el maní, aunque él estaba excesivamente nervioso, lo entiendo y no quise incomodarlo sacándole una foto exponiendo, podía distraerse y no quería eso.
It was great because there is a lot of information about coconut and the many uses we can give it, besides all the biotechnological processes it has for our benefit, my favorite part, of course, is the area of cosmetics and beauty, I apologize😂, but if something makes me have my hair beautiful, I love it. 💅🏼
My friend Arslens spoke about strawberries and my dear Gabriel spoke about peanuts, although he was excessively nervous, I understood him and I didn't want to bother him by taking a picture of him speaking, he could get distracted and I didn't want that.

Otro compañero llamado Cristian expuso sobre la zanahoria y su lámina me pareció demasiado bonita, muy bien dibujada, así que me dejó tomarle una foto.
Es así como pasaron todos los estudiantes, siendo una extensa clase. Me gustó mucho porque pude aprender muchas cosas sobre este tema desconocido.
Another classmate named Cristian exhibited the carrot and I found his poster too beautiful, and very well drawn, so he let me take a picture of it.
That's how all the students passed, being an extensive class. I liked it very much because I was able to learn many things about this unknown subject.
Creo que ya les mencioné que me gusta mucho la biología, así que me gustó mucho haberla visto en este intensivo y puedo decirles que ¡Aprobamos!🥳 mi nota fue de las más altas de la clase con un 4.95 de 5. Estoy muy feliz por esto.
Arslens y Gabriel también lo estaban, así que nos fuimos a nuestro lugar seguro, ustedes ya saben, nuestro querido Next, para hacer lo que mejor sabemos hacer, comer pizza y quejarnos😁.
I think I already mentioned that I like biology very much, so I liked having seen it in this intensive and I can tell you that we passed!🥳 My grade was one of the highest in the class with a 4.95 out of 5. I am very happy about this.
Arslens and Gabriel were too, so we went to our safe place, you know, our beloved Next, to do what we do best, eat pizza and complain😁.
Pedimos nuestro combo de costumbre, nuestras dos pizzas y tuvimos una larga conversación.
We ordered our usual combo, our two pizzas, and had a long conversation.

Debo decirles que esta fue mi primera experiencia en un intensivo y gracias al profesor que tiene mucha vocación para esto, me hizo tenerle amor a la materia y aprendí mucho en este corto tiempo.
Pero no les negaré que la mejor parte de todo fue haber coincidido con estas personas tan geniales y haber podido compartir con ellos en estas salidas, conocernos más y simplemente ser feliz junto a ellos.
I must tell you that this was my first experience in an intensive and thanks to the teacher who has a great vocation for this, he made me love the subject and I learned a lot in this short time.
But I will not deny that the best part of it all was to have met such great people and to have been able to share with them in these outings, to get to know each other better and simply to be happy with them.
También gracias a ustedes por acompañarme y leer estas aventuras universitarias que llenan mi corazón, espero poder seguir compartiéndoles más.
Por ahora estoy descansando y preparándome mentalmente para el semestre entrante que viene fuerte💆🏽♀️, así que me despido.
