The main problem is user database. With Nebula only a small number of users will be using it because it is mainly technology and science driven content platform while on Youtube everyone has something to share and enjoy. And other problem with Nebula is its integration into other platform where Youtube is easily integrated.

True, I think it's a different concept than yt, more for quality productions. But difficult to acquire paying users for sure.
