BE UNLIKE HIM WHO PERFORMED THE INJURY, LIVING THE BEST LIFE YOU CAN

It is important to understand people and learn to live with them, since everyone was raised differently in different environments and under varying living conditions. One may rest assured that people are different and have different understandings and perspectives towards life.

I have come to realise that everyone deserves a second chance, as well as being given an excuse for doing anything insensible. At the same time, it is true to say that everybody knows what they are doing at any given time, but I still try as much as possible to excuse them whenever they do something wrong or disheartening. We are all humans, and we have reasons why we do what we do, and until the other person says otherwise, I help them make those excuses and give them a pass. Dwelling on why a person offends me or what a person did to hurt me, I only try to let it go as soon as possible. People are built differently, and unless they are given a chance to be understood, one can easily misunderstand the other person.

People always talk about aura for aura, but I always believe that as a person, I can coexist with anybody so long as I have made up my mind about it. The most common motto I abide by is to try as much as I can not to reciprocate evil for evil. When I understand another person is cheating me or trying to play a fast one on me, I tend to do two things, the first is to give the person an excuse to his or her character, saying to myself that there are chances that I will behave the same way as the person if I had grown under the same circumstance with the other person. The second thing is having the understanding that nothing is permanent, and the clock is always ticking for the person, so as long as you feel you are being smart, there is always a smarter person than yourself who will show you someday that you are only as wise or as smart as you think you are.

Recently, the motto I live by is that this life is one, and we should live it as it is. Knowing that tomorrow is not promised, we don’t have to be scared of making mistakes or holding back on love. Go all out with whatever you put your mind to, make yourself happy, and enjoy what you’re doing to the fullest. The worst that could happen is that you fall, and when that happens, you get up and try again. So, wake up every morning with a fresh perspective on life, feeling reborn, understanding that your mistakes are what will make you stronger. Trying to avoid mistakes or being hurt by refusing to do anything or refusing to go all in on something only makes you a weak person and will also make you miss out on what could be. A man should not live by fear of the unknown, not by thinking of the negative possibilities, but by focusing on the positive and the joy that could come from it if you give it a chance. Give things like love a chance to thrive in your life, and you will understand that the world is not bad after all. You were not living your life the way you should have lived your life.
