One spider and three species of insects that look so enchanting & beautiful
On this sunny day I am enjoying the New Year holiday. And while enjoying the New Year I took a moment to hunt for small animal species in a small forest not far from where I live, and there I found several small animal species for me to display this time and I hope you like it. And the first one I found was a species of spider or better known by another name, namely Oxyopes salticus.
This spider has a body shape that looks a bit small with other spiders with a yellowish green color that looks so interesting. And at that time I saw this species of spider crawling on one of the stems of wild plants, and immediately I took some portraits of pictures that looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see them below.
Oxyopes salticus is a species of spider belonging to the Oxyopidae family.....Wikipedia
Then after I took a picture of the spider and I continued walking back, and a few moments later I found this species of bush cricket or better known by another name, Tettigoniidae. And at that time I immediately approached the macro lens towards this species of bush cricket and took some portraits of images that looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see them below.
Insects in the family Tettigoniidae are commonly called katydids (especially in North America) or bush crickets.....Wikipedia
Then I also found a species of fly or better known by another name, namely Lucilia sericata, from its small body shape with colors that look very attractive and bright, and at that time I saw it crawling on one of the wild leaf stems and immediately I took some shots of pictures that looked very beautiful, and I hope you like it.
The common green bottleterbang(Lucilia sericata) is a green fly found in most parts of the world and is the best known of the green bottle fly species.....Wikipedia
Then I also found a species of grasshopper or better known by another name, namely Oxya. From its rather large shape with a black and green motif color that looks so attractive and perfect, and at that time I immediately took some portraits of pictures that looked very beautiful and graceful, and hopefully you like some portraits of this beautiful grasshopper species.
Oxya is a genus of grasshoppers (Caelifera: Acrididae) found in Africa and Asia (where some species may be called "rice grasshoppers").....Wikipedia
