This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.

Hi everyone, how are you, I hope you are having a nice day and in good condition. On this occasion, I will again show some portraits of small animal species that I found yesterday in a small forest, and some of these small animal species look very beautiful and have their own characteristics, and the first one I found was the soldier beetles species or better known by another name, namely Cantharis rufa.

At that time I was walking around the small forest and a few minutes later I saw a species of soldier beetles crawling on one of the wild leaves, and at that time I immediately approached it and took some pictures that looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see below some pictures of this species of soldier beetles and I hope you like it.

This species of soldier beetles has a rather long and slender body shape with an orange color that looks very unique, and has two rather long ribbons with two black eyes that look so attractive, and this species of soldier beetles belongs to the same family as insects and is active during the day, and usually this small insect species likes to play on several short trees that have lots of leaves.

Cantharis rufa is a species of soldier beetles native to Europe.....Wikipedia

Then after I photographed this species of soldier beetles suddenly accidentally saw a species of spider or better known by another name Oxyopes salticus. And at that time I saw it crawling on one of the wild taro leaves that grew abundantly in this small forest, and as usual I immediately took some portraits of this species of spider and it looked very beautiful and interesting, and you can see below some portraits of this species of spider.

Oxyopes salticus is a species of spider belonging to the Oxyopidae family. This species is also part of the genus Oxyopes and the order Araneae.....Wikipedia
