Fungi Friday - 2 species of mushrooms (Pezizaceae & Scleroderma citrinum) that are very beautiful to display today
On the occasion of this Friday, I am again preparing some beautiful mushrooms to be displayed in the #FungiFriday Community organized by @ewkaw today.
On this occasion I am again showing some of the mushrooms that I found last Tuesday, but there are not many mushrooms that I found this time, only two species of mushrooms that I found this time, and these two species of mushrooms are what I want to immortalize this time for mushroom lovers and I hope all my friends can like it and enjoy it.
The first fungus is the Pezizaceae fungus. And this mushroom is often referred to as a cup mushroom because it is very similar to the pink color which looks very bright like, and at that time I saw it growing well in a pile and at that time I immediately took this mushroom to photograph.
And after I took it and without waiting long I immediately took several portraits from different angles and it looked very beautiful and elegant, and you can all see it below.
The Pezizaceae (commonly referred to as cup fungi) are a family of fungi in the Ascomycota which produce mushrooms that tend to grow in the shape of a "cup".....Wikipedia
Then I went back to looking for other mushrooms in another pile of rotten wood, but the few minutes I was looking for mushrooms were not in vain because I found this Scleroderma citrinum mushroom, with a small round shape with a white color similar to a cake and at that time I immediately took several pictures which looks very beautiful and unique, and you can all see it below.
Scleroderma citrinum, commonly known as the common earthball, pigskin poison puffball, or common earth ball.....Wikipedia
