Hive Equality Trends, Mid August 2023... Slightly more equality at the top end!

Hive Power has drifted away from Whale accounts slightly with Orcas picking up a little more weight.

Meanwhile lower down the orders things are pretty stagnant.

So a slight move towards more equality at the top end in the last three months!

I use @argange's daily Hive Statistics to collect the data below...

One less Whale and 14 more Orcas in the pond, so a slight drift down at the top end in terms of accounts.

Given the number of Dolphins and minnows, there are very tiny increases - around 10 in each case, so pretty stagnant.

At the bottom end we have a few more Redfish accounts created, not but not a huge amount: and I could only just about round UP to 2.5M, so at current trends that figure will stay stuck for a few more months at least!

The most significant drop off in Whale Shares for several months, a drop of 0.8% in the last three months, and nearly all of that picked up by Orcas.

Also a slight decrease in terms of Dolphin shares and a slight increase in Minnow shares.

So looks like we've had a few more Dolphins join the Orca pond in the last few months, well Hive has been cheap!

All stagnant at the Redfish level!

Final thoughts...slight equality trends again...

The trend of whale shares drifting down to Orcas continues, it's been the theme for the past year, so things are getting a little more equal.

But no significant sign of smaller accounts Powering Up Hive!
