Transverse ladybird beetle

In the stillness of the morning, still damp with dew, a reddish-orange beetle adorned with captivating black patterns managed to break the dominance of green. The beetle was very small, but its charm was captivating, as if a magnet in its body drew us in immediately. When hit by sunlight, its tiny body reflected a beautiful shimmer, like freshly polished glass beads. Seen from another angle, its appearance resembled an abstract painting specially designed by nature.

I found the beetle in a weed. It wasn't alone, there were many others. However, most of them were very wild. When I tried to approach them, they all flew away, leaving only this beetle alone. He was very brave, not flying away. Instead, he was busy exploring every detail of the leaf he was perched on. By the time I finished photographing, the beetle remained steadfastly there. I admired his courage.

The beetle is called the transverse ladybird beetle, or Coccinella transversalis in Latin, and it belongs to the Coccinellidae family. Like other beetles, this beetle's habitat is similar; it prefers green environments and densely leafy plants. However, it's important to note that this beetle is not a pest for cultivated plants. Rather, it is a garden guardian, helping to eradicate other insects that try to damage cultivated plants.
