Potanthus omaha
Hello everyone, good afternoon wherever you are, how are you this afternoon? Hope you are fine wherever you are.
I"m back here again and on this occasion I want to show you some beautiful shots of the Potanthus omaha butterfly or commonly known as the lesser dart. This butterfly is one of the butterflies that has a small body but looks sturdy. Apart from that, Potanthus omaha is also known as a butterfly that has super sharp flight speed. Like a fighter plane fighting on the battlefield.
The basic color of this butterfly is yellowish brown decorated with a unique black pattern. The unique pattern is in the form of arrows on both wings. That is the main characteristic of this butterfly. Unique characteristics that other butterflies rarely have. These butterflies are very easy to recognize, they prefer to fly low at sharp speeds.
Its slightly triangular-shaped wings help it fly at super sharp speeds. And they also have a flying style that likes to circle around in certain places. For example, if you want to approach a flower and there are other butterflies there, they will continue flying around in circles around that place.
In terms of habitat, the Potanthus omaha butterfly is the same as other butterflies in general. They love colorful flowering gardens, meadows, forests, fields and so on. Like when I met him, he was in the wild grass garden. He was standing gracefully on one of the grass leaves there.
The background and soft sunlight play a major role in photographing small insects. If the two of them are not friends then don't expect the shots to be good. Now let's see the appearance of the Potanthus omaha butterfly which I managed to capture below👇
