Hasselt spiny spider | Macracantha hasselti
Hello everyone, good afternoon wherever you are, how are you this afternoon? Hope you are fine wherever you are.
I"m back here again and on this occasion I want to show you some beautiful shots of the Hasselt spiny spider. In Latin, this spider is known as Macracantha hasselti, which is a species of spider from the Araneidae family. This spider is one of the spiders that has a very unique appearance. Its body is equipped with sharp spines, these spines are what make this spider able to appear with extraordinary beauty. This beauty is certainly complemented by the right color combination.
The spider that I found was not alone, there was one poor butterfly. The butterfly is no longer alive, it has become a delicious dish for the spider. From this we can see clearly that spiders are creatures whose lives are very lucky. He doesn't need to waste time looking for food, just make a strong web, and delicious food will come by itself. Amazing, very lucky.
As for their habitat, I think it's the same as other insects in general, they love green environments, especially flower gardens, grass and so on. Because places like that are also loved by other insects, like this poor butterfly.
