Common grass yellow butterfly
Hello dear friends good afternoon.....
This morning I got an extraordinary surprise from a very beautiful little insect. It is the Terias hecabe butterfly or better known as the common grass yellow butterfly. I see this butterfly very often, but never willing to be my model. I don't know what came over him so that this morning he agreed to be my model. I found him perching on one of the leaves which was almost the same color as the butterfly.
The butterfly continued to stay there, maybe it was enjoying the calm amidst the gently blowing wind. This butterfly has a soft yellow color which is decorated with a unique pattern in the form of irregular spots. The shape of the pattern is very similar to a leaf with holes. This pattern provides a natural effect to help this butterfly camouflage itself among leaves of similar color so that it is difficult for predators to recognize it.
