Brownish-yellow butterfly
Atop a simple-looking white flower petal, a brownish-yellow butterfly rested peacefully. It appeared to be enjoying a drop of nectar from the flower. I slowly approached the butterfly. Upon arrival, it remained relaxed, even though I was already very close. However, its two antennae continued to move, perhaps trying to pick up signals from its surroundings.
Judging by its pose, this butterfly looked like a model in an advertisement who had mastered the rhythm of the photo shoot. Every movement it made was accompanied by a small pause for the camera. First, it lifted its head, looking at me, its antennae also held high. While photographing this pose, I felt the butterfly creating the illusion of eye contact with the lens. It gave me a gaze that locked my camera's focus.
The next second, with a gentle movement, its head dipped into the flower petal. During this shot, it also paused for the camera, lingering there for a moment. Today, I was truly amazed by this butterfly. It truly was a model in an advertisement who truly understood the rhythm of the photo shoot, it was truly extraordinary.
