New Models Every Day, Same Old Promise of Easy Money

Every day, a new AI model comes out. On social media, especially X and Twitter, people share endless automations, workflows, and setups. Every week, a new video claims that one model is better than all the others, or that a new mix of tools can run an entire business with almost no work.

The conversation moves so fast that it can feel like the technology changes overnight.

At the same time, stories like the recent concerns about Anthropic's Claude Fable models remind us that building powerful AI is not just about ability. Questions about security, safety, and responsibility keep coming up with every big advance. As models get more powerful, the discussions around them get more complex too.
But under all the excitement, much of what we see feels familiar.

It reminds me of the e commerce boom, when every part of the internet was full of promises of easy success. There were endless courses, guides, and systems teaching people how to package tools and sell a dream. Today, many AI automations feel the same. A large part of this market is not creating something new. It is repackaging existing tools into another workflow, another template, or another promise of easy income.

That does not mean automation is useless. Far from it.

Automation can remove repetitive work, speed up processes, and help one person do tasks that once needed a whole team. The technology is real, and its value is real.

But among all these automated systems, the people who keep creating lasting value are often the natural ones. They are the writers who develop their own voice, the artists who create their own style, the teachers who explain things clearly, and the builders who solve real problems.

Tools can boost skill, but they rarely replace originality.

As the AI race continues and new models show up almost daily, it is worth remembering this: technology changes fast, but human attention, trust, and creativity stay hard to automate.

The tools may get better every month.
