If I Were To Live Without Social Media.

This particular prompt is quite a hit because how will life without social media be like for this generation that lives off social media.

You and I can agree that social media has never been used like the way the way its been used in this era. New technology and devices were catalysts to the use of social media rhese days, both with its positive and negative effects.

The great effect would mostly be on businesses that run online to make money. And that is a wide field now since everyone is embracing everything digital be it a skill or work. Social media promotes the business better than the offline world, over a million people get to see what you have to sell or offer.

More eyes on your product or services means more sales in business. Another set of people that would suffer the effect of no social media are those in the content creators niche, might be comedy, education, technology, fashion, religion, etc would not be able to continue what they love doing and will also stop earning.

Some online businesses, skill and hustle that would be affected are ...

• Tech bro & sis
• Marketing
• Copywriting
• Data analysis
• Online music tutors

Also so many things will become useless or extinct if social media like stop existing, e.g Facebook, Instagram, X, Thread, telegram, Snapchat and many more will become useless and the owners also will loose a lot of money.

IF I WERE TO LIVE WITHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA

First, the reason why absence of social media will affect me is boredom. Most times, I would randomly online to watch funny Instagram reels to kill boredom and cool my brain. Personally, social media has helped me a lot from music, to career, networking, education and business.

Since adaptation is one of the attributes of we humans, I will surely get use to it over time though I know it won't be so easy for the first year or few years.

It's really hard to think of the things I will do when there's no more social media. Well, one obvious thing is that I'd have more time for myself offline, there will be more time or let me say quality time to spend with families, with God during prayer time. I have been without a phone for a whole day and I can tell you that it was almost a bad experience.

I am getting to love digital skill more, currently I'm learning Copywriting which is the right usage of words so make a person take an intended action. Not only that but tech, marketing and sales too. All these are only possible because there's social media.

One field that won't suffer too much is agriculture because we can't do without food. Even with absence of social media, people will always get information about where to get food be it raw or processed. I'd invest greatly into agriculture mainly because food is as important as water and all I'll need is publicity which will not be easier bit it's possible; word of mouth is also a great way to promote it.

I would love to be in a relationship if there would be no social media.... It would be more easy to survive if I have a partner who I can spend every single day with, share ideas, eat, sleep, play toget her and care for.
