My Kind of SmartPhone

My friends and I were discussing one day about different kinds of phones and which ones are very okay to use. Some were showing their interest in an iPhone and tagging it as a phone for the big boys and girls. Some showed their dissatisfaction with it and chose Android phones with reasons backing their choices.

I was paying attention and listening to everyone's choice of phone, then suddenly, a friend turned to me and asked, "Would you prefer an iPhone or an Android?" I looked surprisingly at such a question and heaved a silent sigh before giving my reply. My reply was, "No, I can never use an iPhone" She asked why wanting to keep the interaction going and I was interested too.

I explained my reasons why I wouldn't want to go for an iPhone even if I am gifted. If I am gifted such a brand, I would have to resell it and get the one I want and prefer. The truth is, iPhones have lots of issues with it. I had a colleague then who was using an iPhone and would always complain of his battery draining every minute without touching it. Many times, the phone would just get hot with just a little time spent on it and lots of apps that take lots of space on the phone.

I used to feel pity for him when he would share with me the amount of money he spent on data every week just to keep the phone running. All of these were what discouraged me from using the phone apart from how expensive it is. However, the phone's camera is something I used to admire.

I have always had an interest in android phones, whatever brand it is. I have been using android phones for years now and I have never had issues like those with iPhones, and the functionality is something I love.

When I wanted to start using a good phone apart from the one my aunt gifted me, I had it in mind to go for a Redmi because I had seen a few people who used the phone and talked about the phone's quality in terms of the camera. I would always admire it but whenever I need to get a new phone, I wouldn't have the amount for it. I would go for the one I could afford then, still having it in mind to get a Redmi one day.

I never knew I would be using a Samsung Galaxy phone today because apart from an iPhone that is much more expensive, Samsung phones are expensive too but their camera is of great quality. My sister used a Samsung Galaxy phone and I loved the camera and its features which I made up my mind to get too when I could afford it.

Two years ago, I had it in mind to go for Redmi Note according to a recommendation from a friend but getting to where phones are sold, the price was higher as I could only afford a Samsung Galaxy phone. Hearing that the camera quality is topnotch, I went for it and today, I love the camera especially when pictures are taken in broad daylight rather than at night and in the dark.

One main reason for a good phone to me is the camera's quality and since an android, specifically Samsung could do what I want, it's fine by me. So, I will always go for an android phone rather than an iPhone because if you decide to gift or dash me, though I would appreciate it, I will be swapping it for an android. After all, I don't want something that will give me a headache or frustration.

I don't think I will ever think of buying an iPhone as well, I love the camera, but the battery is a great turn-off for me.
Samsung has stronger batterie and the camera is great as well, only that its parts are expensive when broken but it's still a great option.

Yes, that's the truth. Samsung battery is always strong and I am enjoying mine presently. This is why I am more careful in handling my phone as I wouldn't want to experience changing any part. Thank you for reading.

Samsung brand is indeed a very good one and I also prefer it but I am not ready to spend too much money for it and that's the reason I am using Redmi. I don't have a lot of task to do in mobile.

I think Redmi is more expensive than Samsung, right? Or are there kinds of redmi because just like I said in my post, I wanted a Redmi but couldn't afford it and went for Samsung instead.
