Things that need to be introduced to our society
Hello everyone Good evening and welcome to my blogs , special thanks to the @hiveghana for an amazing prompt for the week.
Food and clean water are the necessary basic needs of human rights. Economic obstacles get in the way of these being provided for most societies. If somehow the were abled to go through societal constructs to ensure that all had access to both food and clean water, hunger would be highly reduce and public health would increase. It would probably end up strengthening communities because people would no longer have to spend most of their incomes on these basics. It would also imply a rise in overall social productivity since a better-kept population would be more effective at working for the benefit of the economy.
Shelter is yet another basic need that has been subject to value. The cost of living keeps increasing for many urban cities, leaving several in street homelessness or bad conditions. The implications of shelter being a right rather than a commodity would be immense. The communities would also be more stable, and the social problems of crimes and mental health issues might decrease too as people are secure about their living conditions. Furthermore, the money that governments spend on emergency services can be used in prevent measures creating sustainable, affordable housing.
Quality education is a very important aspect for personal and social development. Despite this, many educational institutions still increas very huge sums of money in tuition fees, an amount which low-income persons cannot even dare try their luck. Free education would ensure more informed and skilled populations, hence possibly driving innovation and growth since all talents would come on board without being burdened by student loans.
Healthcare**
The value of healthcare has made fewer people afford basic medical services. Assured access to health care would save lives, reduce long-term burdens on families and economies alike. Healthier individuals would work, support their families, and participate more actively in their communities.
It is the removal of market forces in these important fields that may bring about an equal society. At least, where economic differences become reduced, social growth may increase and the level of conflicts and violence reduced. Moreover, people released from the strains of survival may even be more inclined to participate in community building activities, to form relations and networks of support.
It would be the root of transition from the current economic and social view to a system where at least these bare essentials would be provided free of cost. The large, influential sections of society that stand to gain from existing systems would resist, and there would be a delicate balancing act between individual freedoms and collective responsibilities.
To repeat, access to basic needs of food, water, shelter, education, and health might just be the recipe for a more just and sustainable world. The journey toward such a transformation that holds with barriers, but the would be benefits healthier people, stronger communities, and an equitable society are what get undone in the process.
