Process on how my cassava is be done

There are several tasks to be considered when processing cassava tuber, to begin with harvesting. Normally, the tuber is ready for harvesting at 8 to 10 months. Harvesting requires gently removing the cassava plants out of the ground while making sure the tuber is intact.
Peeling: Once after harvesting, the cassava also are peeled to get rid of the raw skin so that it can be prepared for granting , Peeling of the skin can be done as simple as by using a knife or scrapping machines for big scale farming.
Cleaning this process requires washing of the cassava to remove dirt and sand from the tuber Therefore, the process of use water and wash of the cassava should be considered because it is dirt free and works effectively.
Grating or Chopping: After peeling and wash of the cassava and then the cassava is fully ready for granting which with the help of machine this process can be done properly.
The next step is pressing out the water out and this process need to be done by the machine which will take about 3 to4 hours to be ready for frying.
after bringing it from the pressing machine you will now perform the filtering and it will be as well acceptable to frying for a few minutes to dry it and prepare it for the process,
Last but not the least involves packaging that was performed as the final step in the processing of cassava, packaging is the last stage that participates in cassava Processing.
In general, cassava processing is a series of steps that must be performed with care in order to achieve a desirable outcome of safe and quality products. Anyone working in the processing plant will tell you that each step from harvesting to packaging is vital in affecting the end products made from cassava roots.
