Red cotton stainer
Hello my fellow hivers, greetings !
While observing the grass and plants in a park, I cam across this striking little red insect. It's bright bloody red color immediately took my attention. These insects are native to the terai and hilly belt of Nepal and south Asia.
In this photograph, the insect is in the nymph phase. It will pass through different phases finally to become a winged adult.
