An Exciting Encounter At Food Bazaar Night Cafe!

What a great moment to see joyful faces and a lively atmosphere as I visited the Food Bazaar Night Cafe in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon Philippines.

I mentioned in my previous post that I traveled from my workplace to Manolo Fortich Gymnasium to watch a big event that was the National Basketball League. When the match between Cagayan de Oro City and Calamba Laguna Team, I already felt hungry. While still inside the gymnasium, my cousin Preciousbree said that there would be a Food Bazaar Night Cafe so it would be a great time to spend the night in the place just to chill and unwind.

We went out from the gymnasium although the finals were not yet over to have dinner. The Bazaar Night Cafe was just beside the gymnasium. Honestly, I was amazed to see that there were many structures built that I had not noticed before. According to my cousin, when Manolo Fortich will be hosting many events, a lot of local businessmen are displaying and have something enticing to offer such as live bands, bazaars, gastronomic delights, and many more.

We walked through the pavement with the happy crowd. As I passed by, I noticed some high school friends who were chilling outside with their peers and loved ones. Many families were dining in.

The place was surrounded by people of all ages from kids to adults. As I continued walking, I took a quick snapshot and I noticed that most of the people were already there for dinner. During night cafes in my place, smoked and grilled foods were always served by various sellers. There were many grilled foodies sellers but I had only chosen the best among them which was the Playful Bistro grilled foods and barbecue.

Ah! The grilled foodies were so aromatic and savory. Honestly, the smoke was inviting me to have dinner already but I still had to wait for a couple of minutes for my orders to be served. As I walked toward the sides, I noticed a band that started to play music which made the place so lively. The music was full of vibrations that made me even livelier.

And of course, there were already many people who were seated in front of the band. Some were drinking liquor, others were waiting for the food, and others were already dining. Most of the people who were drinking beers were a group of men. I am not sure if they were already drunk but I observed that everybody seemed so happy while the band played while everybody was there.

There were many delicious barbecues to choose from not to mention the pork and chicken barbecue, chicken inasal, tuna, chorizo, longganiza, chicken feet, chicken intestines, chicken organs, hotdogs, and many more. I truly love all of them. How I wish I could order all but I know for sure that I could not eat all of them.

And that, one thing is for sure, all of them are truly so delicious. I must say these grilled foods are everyone’s favorite here in my country not to mention that they were made with spicy and savory sauce, and the raw products were marinated so well with many spices and a variety of herbs and sauces, which made these grilled foodies so delicious.

When the man who was grilling started to give me the plate with a banana leaf plate, I then started to choose the foodies that I would let him grill. At first, I chose the Chicken Inasal, and then I picked up some pork barbecues. After I got the chicken organs, chicken intestines, and hotdogs. And I instructed the man to serve all of them with a hot sauce, soft drinks, and a beer.

While waiting for our dinner to be served, I strolled around to look for a table where I could dine. We were then so lucky since I found a table at the top and the view was so nice since everything could be seen from there. As I passed on the steel flooring, I was so excited to take some selfies there since it was my first time to be there.

I had a great time while I was at the top since I could see everything down. And that, I was so happy too since we had a table reserved at the top. I never thought there were still extra tables there since a huge crowd was coming to experience an exciting night.

As we waited on the table, little by little our orders were served. We never waited for a long time and I truly love the service of this stall. The rice was served on a plate with a banana leaf making the rice perfect for grilled foods.

The sauce was so tasty and spicy. This adds a delicious taste and I must say that there is a touch of a secret sauce making the grilled foods different from the other foodies sold during that night.

I was so full and I kept on coming down to order another barbecue. It seemed I had unlimited rice and I had eaten a lot. When it comes to foodies, I truly eat whatever I want not to mention that grilled foods and barbecues are my favorite Filipino foodies.

Ah! It was a night full of fun. Perhaps it was an exciting encounter at the Food Bazaar Night Cafe in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Philippines.
