The Influence of Digital Tools On My Personal Growth and Development
They'll be even more excited to learn that they no longer have to write letters to Uncle John, who lives in Lagos; instead, they can just wake up any day to talk to him, hear him laugh, and watch him laugh through a small device from my handbag.

That is my grand parents. For me, technology and digital tools have played roles far more significant than the ones mentioned above in my life. They have profoundly impacted my personal growth and development, providing unparalleled access to information, learning opportunities, and global connections.
Though I've only had limited opportunities, the few I can access have educated, shaped, and modernised me in a way that I have the knowledge and confidence to interact with people from different parts of the world.
If I were to mention some of these digital tools, the first would be YouTube. Apart from using it for classroom studies, YouTube has helped me understand some complicated aspects of life.
I've gained a lot from the creative content on YouTube, including DIY projects, motivational and inspirational content, various recipes, physical fitness tips, and much more.
As we all know, traditional schooling often falls short of preparing us for personal growth. It doesn't teach us how to achieve financial success or develop a wealthy mindset, self-improvement, psychology, or other essential life skills that contribute to our success.
Fortunately, technology has brought valuable resources on these topics right to our fingertips. I've found great mentors on YouTube and podcasts, and so far I've seen a positive impact on my social life, personal growth, and development.
Listening to others' experiences is one of the most effective ways I enjoy learning. I'm glad to say that this has enhanced my intelligence, inspired me to be more focused in life, and made me smarter.

Another digital tool on my phone that I really appreciate is Pocket Book. It has made reading much more convenient for me, with some unique features that I haven't seen in PDF readers or other book apps. I enjoy reading both fiction and nonfiction on this app, which helps enhance my reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

And then there's my music app.
Music is therapeutic. I find myself drifting off to sleep when I feel restless, and it inspires me to write when I'm overthinking. Music plays a crucial role in my emotional and mental well-being. And my physical well-being too, because I dance a lot, and that makes me feel good. Everything is connected. It has somehow prevented me from whining to friends about little problems.
Technology has played a significant role in shaping my personal growth and development. As someone striving for success (with or without a certificate), embracing technology has turned me into a lifelong learner who is always ready to explore the world with confidence, adaptability, and resilience.
Are you excited about technology and digital tools? I would invite you to share your thoughts on this prompt.
Thank you for reading me ❤️.

Nice to see you listen to podcasts too. We surely wouldn't have them without technology today. I wonder what your favourite podcasts are. And I use PocketBook, too. I like how useful it is. Kindly indicate where your images are from.
My most favourite are The Moth Radio Hour, Stuffs You Should Know, Bible Before Breakfast and Good Life Project.
I can no longer update this post, I'm so sorry.
The first two images are mine, the third is a screenshot from my Pocketbook app.
Interesting podcast shows.
That's strange. You can always 'Edit' a post, even on any frontend.

I couldn't update with Ecency. Was thinking others would be same.
Thank you 🙏
